Status : Online | You're not the only one who has been stuck at this same place. It seems that there are several different spots in Chapter 2 where the game for whatever reason doesn not allow you to progress (see the other Faust thread in the help forum).
Are all of the compartments filled in your scavenger hunt collection box? If they are, and you've double-checked with a walkthrough to make sure you've done everything in Chapter 2, you may have to start a new game (or replay one of your old saves). Sorry.

Status : Online | hey fongo, tried restarting like you recommened-no luck same problem in kitchen. i have an e-mail into dreamcatcher in hopes i can do something..ideally if i could just "skip over" this part it would make my world a happy one. if not it looks like i'm done with the game without finishing it-frustrating! it would be a cool game without the bugs. thanks for trying cathy

| Deleted User | Nice game, I'm still stuck in chapter 5, I guess.
In the tent with the powerlifter and roulette table.
Don't know what to do next.
I've tried everything, I thought.
Guess not, but I've given up. For now. Will get back later.

I forgot, Fongo
I'm deep into Neverwinter nights at the moment.
But when I do start the game up again, I will ask you for advise.
Thanks in advance.

Status : Online | I have two sets of discs of this game because whatever I did with the first one (even tried to copy the disc), the game just kept crashing. And I was too far in the game to give it a miss. So I bought a new set .... sigh ....

Status : Online | I agree with Belinda, beyond all discussions, it's always a "must" to save a copy of a walkthrough in your pc (eventhough you read it or not). I believe Faust is not an excellent adventure -i would'nt include it in my top five, or qualify it as a top dog). It's easy to get stucked in some parts, there are a few problems with the hotspots, some puzzles -their resolution- implies actions wich are not tottaly logical, and all that stuff, but, if you can go through it (and in a couple of puzzles, you REALLY need to read the walktrhough), the story makes the game worth to be played

| Deleted User | I do have a walkthough and right now I have lost interest in playing Faust. Maybe one day when there's no interesting games in the market or whatever happens ... I'll play it again.
