Status : Online | Hi Skipster Have you checked out Inferno's site yet ? She has a lot of info on getting older games to work with XP. Have a look and bookmark the site for future use. I don't have XP myself. But another site I frequent www.gameboomers.com has some people there with the same problem you have. I think there was a resolution for it (not positive). Status : Offline | Depending on the version of Riven you have, you may have to completely uninstall whatever version of QuickTime you have and install the version that came with the game.

Status : Offline | Also set the compatability mode to Win 98.
If it's the new DVD version this shouldn't be required...but I know several people who had to do it anyway!
