Status : Online | Go back to the website that you downloaded the file from. Then, click on the file again and click to save it to your computer. This time when the box pops up with the name of the file you are downloading, write the name down and then you can cancel the download. Finally, do a search for that EXACT name on your computer and you should be able to find out where it is saved.
This, of course, assumes that you originally did save it to your harddrive in the first place and that you did not just RUN the installation file from the website. If you did that you'll have to start all over and download the file again.
Hope this helps.

You can use the Search function on the Start menu, just click on Search by date and a list of files created/modified on the date you specified will be shown. See if you can find setup.exe on that list. Or just type in search.exe in the search field and see if it is the one you downloaded (size about 25Mb)

Status : Offline | since you got those messages to close other progs etc, i think what you did was open setup.exe directly, instead of dloading it (then you closed it while closing all programs!)... so you need to dload it again... but you can select where to dload it to... so when you click on the file, select save and then give the path you want it to be saved to
You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.
