1. Do you have Quicktime installed? You need it to view the video.
2. What browser do you use? Do you have the Quicktime browser plugin installed? Could be that your browser is attempting to display a file type for which it doesn't have the appropriate plugin, and that is why you see a blank page. The plugin installation option is included in Quicktime's installation program.
3. What is the speed of your connection? If you have the necessary software as well as the plugin, it may just be that you're not giving it enough time to load. The video is about 11mb in size, and so depending on the time of day, net congestion, remote server status, as well as the speed of your internet connection, that could be the reason for the delay.
If you're on a PC, try right-clicking and selecting Save Target As... to save the video to your hard drive. You will then be able to view it locally with your Quicktime Player. Attempting to actually download the file rather than play it inline in your browser will also result in an error if something's up with the server, so at least you'll have some idea of what's going on.
