The way the site is set up, I wonder if they plan on charging for them in the future.

There are no plans to charge for the guides at this time. I'm glad you like them.

Just to reiterate what Tami said - we have no plans to start charging people for unofficial game guides. It would obviously be naive to think that people would pay money for game guides when free ones are readily available on the web.
Right now our line-up consists of a few pure adventures (Amerzone and Sanitarium), action-adventures (Thief 2 & 3), and 1893 Worlds Fair. Note that you need to register on the website to access the guides - feel free to put in bogus personal information in the required fields.
At this point we are concentrating on building up a library of well written thorough guides, which is a challenge in itself. Any feedback on the guides is encouraged.

If there is a specific guide you'd like to see, let us know and we will do our best to provide it.
Once again, Dan and I can't do this alone. If you have any interest in writing, editing, helping with the site itself, or being involved in any way, we'd love to have you.

Registering is only slightly painful and I swear, you'll forget all about it once it's over. Then you'll have access to the best guides available.
We also have a PR position available if anyone is interested.

Status : Online | Ahhhh, another victim, errr, contributor. No Quentin Tarantino language though. I'll have to wash your mouth out with soap.
Email me and let me know what you are interested in doing. Guide writing, editing, PR, site editor? We have lots to do.
By the way, we're not just looking for adventure guides. We need RPG, strategy, children's games (probably not for you Wolfboy), interactive fiction. You name it.
Lots of you are registering. Let us know what you think, unless it's negative, and then you can keep your opinions to yourselves.
