Well, as a rule of thumb Anne, if there is a double entendre available to me, I always use it.....

Hmmm...let me see if my math is correct here.  In the past two months the JA Forum has gained about 200 new members and lost about a dozen and yet a member trolls and complains that we are 'losing too many' members?  And then accuses the current members of being  boring?  Gee what a slap in the face to the great people we have who post here every day.

Actually, since some of the more 'outspoken' members have left, we have many more people who were adverse to posting before, chirping in and joining the discussions.  And I personally would rather read the opinions of 20 different people than the same opinion of one ego maniac over and over.

Btw, to those who see conspiracy theories everywhere and then stick their nose into forum politics - I spoke with Adventuredog a few weeks ago and she has been tending to her personal life, how uncouth to insinuate otherwise.

And I can't get that damn Mr. Bean picture out of my head.  Yuck!

no, I am not JA Staff Member 1 or 2.  JA Staff Members 1 and 2 are exactly that, staff members who moderate the forums.

Hannah,

For the record you were warned because you opened a thread purely to attack another member. This sort of behaviour will not be tolerated, especially in the P+R forum.

http://www.justadventure.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=PoliticsReligion;action=display;num=1102753722

Should you have any problems, rather than deleting your account you should in future contact either Randy or Val if you disagree with a mods decision. Ultimately it is their choice to turn over that decision.

I actually was unaware that my stars were bigger until you pointed it out!

You know what they say, big hands are indicative of big stars.

Deleted UserHey Senne, good to see you "treading the boards".

Yay for new pets!
How's it settling in? Be ready for the small "presents", normally deposited at the bottom of the staircase...

Senn,

Hey, girl!

I just got a new puppy, too!  My other dog is quite pissed at me for doing so...

My name is Bethany and I'm the daughter of Gamergal/Michelle.

Cute puppy senne!  You should share her with everyone!

Thanks for thinking of me senne, Randy, Jo, Anne, and others!    :-*   Andromus noticed I had briefly dropped in a week or so ago.  My life has been pretty nutty this fall.  I have also taken some of my scarce spare time to play several of the great adventure games that have recently been released!

I have been lurking from time to time but haven't had too much spare energy recently for posting.  This is a great site and many fine people post here.  There is a large core group of very caring people!
Like any large family, sometimes we have our differences - that usually doesn't interfere with us treating each other with love and respect.)

Hugs to all!

Still adventuring after all these years!

Patiently awaiting The Last Crown: Haunting of Hallowed Isle, and Bracken Tor...

... and Asylum if it's not tooooo scary...

Hugs to adventuredog. Hope you'll have a lovely holiday. Nice to see you writing in here. We missed you so much! I think I should also play those adventure games more then getting myself addicted in posting every single minute

Here's another member that we lost ....
joke)

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person that almost went unnoticed recently.

Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey," died peacefully at age 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin.

They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started...

Oh hush. You know it's funny.

Hi Avatar,
Thanks for correcting the data.  This joke has been around for the longerst time and every now and then it gets  resurrected (pun/no pun?) and I still get a chuckle out of it.  Glad you did too.  Thought it was a bit fitting for this thread.
