After reading you'd be able to read numberplates, I first did that .. didn't bother to look at the cars though. Then continued by looking at windows, yes

It behaves like one of those annoying scenes where someone is digitally enhancing a photograph and getting a zoomed in portion of it unblurred. Of course that is totally impossible in real life!
