It's the prawn sites. Always heavy on bandwidth.

Here in Houston, Texas, I couldn't access these forums at all for the last several days and even had trouble getting the JA+ homepage to load. Then, just about an hour ago, the message board loaded quickly and I've seen no lags since.
So yes, it seems that this problem has affected us all over the world.
