Atma: The Mythic Light of India

Vinayak 4Dgames
Adventure for WIN
Obsolete

10/11/2002 Another visit to the Atma website gives me the very strong impression that this game is dead as can be. I plan to delete it next week. If this was an college make-work project it certainly didn't do very well. Grade F to everyone.

8/9/2002 I received an email several weeks ago from Louise Ince, a Just Adventure reader, telling me that she was concerned that Atma might be on hold or cancelled. She said that the site mentioned reorganization in May and nothing since that time. Louise asked if I had any news. I don't and I have written to the Atma development team without result. If any of you have information please let me know at harriet@justadventure.com. Vinayak describes itself as an innovative university computer animation co-op program. I hope that they are just on their summer break.

"Atma" is the "self".....it is a personal journey into an ancient past and an adventure where your powers determine your destiny. The game is a puzzle driven, first person, mystery adventure and is based on an Indian mythological motif.

The site for Atma looks very interesting and I like the screenshots. Potential??!! I hope so.
